O.C.S. OFFICINE COSTRUZIONI SPECIALI S.p.A. founded in 1970 by the engineer Giancarlo Ravagnan, with more than 50 years of experience offers to its customers a complete service of Heavy-Duty Equipment, creating three division: Energy, Water & Gas.

Since XXI century OCS has increased its competitiveness in design and fabrication, specially in heavier and higher thickness Pressure Vessels fabrication: Reactors, Columns, Towers, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Steam Drums, WHB, PGB, Desalters, Deaerators, Oil Recovery Technologies and PSA.

In a way of constant improvement, OCS in 2016 acquired the management of Nuova Tubital, an historical company which started its activity in 1954, creating TUBITAL S.R.L., granting a new strategic location near the port of Marghera (Venice).

Resulting from the technical competence developed during these years, OCS is nowadays competitive and known all over the world!

OCS workshops are located in the North of Italy, with an easy access to the major sea ports. Capacity:

1° WORKSHOP
Albignasego plant: 33.000 square meters

Up to 250 t in Albignasego (PD) workshop:
6.5 x 6.5 x 50 m

2° WORKSHOP
Marghera plant: 24.000 square meters

Up to 700 t in Marghera (VE) workshop:
8 x 8 x 50 m.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

The process of Fabrication

OCS employs the latest computer technology combined with its many years of experience in high-quality pressure equipment, improving systems and equipment for the Oil & Gas Industry.

By the use of its technical competence and software, OCS can support its customers requirements with thermal and mechanical design, fabricating Pressure Equipment of high quality in minimum time.

Thanks to our know-how we can furnish quotations on client data sheets and support them with our technical competence.

Internal professional engineers carry out mechanical calculations and Thermal/Process design, creating three sectors of production: POWER, OIL and GAS.

International Codes & Software

Mechanical calculations in accordance to all available codes such as ASME, EN Standard, VSR/VSG (Italy), PD-5500 (U.K.), AD-2000 (Germany), CODAP (France), GB150 (China), Indian Boiler Regulation, TEMA, STOOMWEZEN (Netherlands), GOST (Russia), API Standard.
